Virginia Eldridge. I have never felt judged or diagnosed. She doesnt tell you what to do. She redirects you to answers for questions that are already inside you. Its not always pleasant, but it is always honest. There is no such things as a quick fix. Becoming better takes work. She will not do your work for you, but she will give you the tools. (yes, i hate that word "tools") When you are ready to make the changes you know you need to make. Virginia Eldridge is the person to go to. This coming from the (EX)most cynical person in the world.
