How likely are you to recommend Travis McBride?
I feel so fortunate that my family found Travis at Starting Point Mental Health. He was able to help my son work through his struggles with anxiety in a way no other therapist had been able to. Travis has a deep understanding of the cognitive functions that shape our experience, and he addresses these mechanisms from a detailed yet relatable scientific perspective, which was very helpful for all of us to understand. Beyond this, Travis consistently sought to help my son set achievable, real world goals that were invaluable for helping him change the pattern of his behaviors. The time we spent in Travis's care and in his warm and welcoming space was incredibly meaningful to my son and my entire family. We will always be grateful for the time we spent with him.
