How likely are you to recommend Dr. Tsingis?
After decades of misdiagnosis of my chronic pain (so bad I could walk only with difficulty), taking multiple prescription drugs that fixed nothing and messed up my liver, and undergoing one most-likely unnecessary hip replacement, I decided to try functional medicine and thank goodness I found Dr. Tsingis. She's not only a functional medicine doctor, she's an infectious disease expert! From my symptoms, she suspected Lyme's disease and possibly other infectious organisms. After getting results from a battery of tests that confirmed Lyme's and a few other nasties (like black mold), she prescribed supplements and antibiotics that took care of the pain in short order, restored my energy and improved my sleep. Interestingly enough, the tests used by large labs to check for Lyme's may not give a correct result if the bugs are in a dormant state, which they are most of the time. Actually getting rid of the bacteria and mold for good is tricky, and I'm really glad I found Dr. Tsingis.
