How likely are you to recommend Theresa Bergold?
I have been in therapy for 14 years and this is the first and only therapist I've had that I finally felt I can trust and open up to. I never knew what feeling safe felt like nor that the feeling of being safe is a thing that people feel, and for the first time in my life I felt safe in a room. She created a safe space for me. She goes out of her way to help her clients with the utmost empathy and compassion. I've had lifelong experiences with mental health professionals as well as providers that treat physical ailments, have seen at least a 100 professionals, and Theresa is the one that made progress possible.I have no words to describe how much I highly recommend her and how compassionate, empathetic, and skilled she is.I have seen her every week for 2 years and she will always be my therapist going forward. --- I edited and accidentally overwrote my last review, so I am reposting the copy I had fortunately written in my phone notes.
