How likely are you to recommend Tatyana Tsenter?
I have been meeting with Tatyana for 5 months now and my life has completely changed already. I came in with very intense 24/7 anxiety and lots of other issues. Tatyana worked with me through finding the actual issues that are causing this immense anxiety and how to fix them. Soon after I started I could feel the fire inside of me was put off. I have developed so much more capacity to work on myself. I really love our session. Tatyana listens to everything I say with great attention and explores it with me trying to find the source of the issue which really increases my self awareness and helps me so much in fixing the problem. We have worked on so many other things like releasing trauma from my body, navigating social challenges, taking care of myself, meditation, and many more. I have been in therapy for many years and this is the first time it REALLY works for me. Tatyana is so devoted and genuine and really focuses on the patient and is flexible to meet multiple times a week.
