Patient Reviews

Seeking mental health therapy often isn't looked upon as something positive or prideful. however working with Tamara has helped my family tremendously. My daughters have had a hard time transitioning to elearning and current social strife's. Tamara Thompson's techniques assisted my family with much needed mental health support in order to deal with building strength creating a healthy and safe family life supported by respecting each others boundaries, voices and experiences. Allowing to safely be able to feel vulnerable to one another. I am grateful for the experience and will continue to consult as needed.
