Patient Reviews

Sarah was an excellent therapist. It has been years since I have been a client but I still think back to when I wasn’t doing so well and I find that I am so grateful for all of her help. I was extremely nervous about therapy but I was tired of living my life day to day feeling helpless and miserable. I never confronted my problems because I didn’t have the courage to alone but Sarah was kind and patient, and she gave me a space to be able to be honest and allow myself to feel what I was feeling. She gave me the tools that I needed to help myself and create the life that I wanted. Looking back at my old self, I am fortunate that I did not acton on every impulse or follow through with harmful coping skills and I have Sarah to thank for that. My life would be very different or I wouldn’t be here at all without her help.
