How likely are you to recommend Dr. Bahn?
I haven't worked with Dr. Bahn since around 2017. I was 15 and my parents were going through a divorce. I don't know how it happened, but I ended up in her office. It was awkward. I had never been to therapy before. The session was probably only an hour long and more of a get-to-know-you appointment but I remember crying in her office. I have no idea what came over me, but she had such a calming and welcoming presence that I felt comfortable enough to cry and tell her about a lot of personal things. I saw her for about a year or two and stopped before I moved. I always was happy to go talk to Dr. Bahn and she genuinely helped me. It was also nice that she had a bunch of tea to choose from and calm you down. It made the whole ordeal less awkward with something in my hands. She really helped me learn some things about myself and even helped me figure out what I wanted to do with my life. She may be the only therapist I've had, but she's the best. She made a memorable and positive impact.
