How likely are you to recommend Ruth Berger?
My pain was brought on by a surgery gone wrong—and it is not “fixable.” So to say that I trust her is a HUGE statement. She’s kind, caring, compassionate, listens well and is concerned about the patient as a whole person. You don’t find that often, if at all anymore. I never felt like I was being rushed in our appointments (the office is notorious for running on time). She does all she can to help her patients (everyone should recognize that the current socio-political climate is not friendly for patients with pain, especially chronic pain). I feel so fortunate to have to been a patient of hers and truly wish I could have remained her patient (the head Dr of the practice rearranged PAs and the patients without allowing either the PA or the patient to have ANY comments on it). I would say that her boss would be the biggest deterrent to deciding to go to this clinic. He’s openly opinionated and not a particularly good listener. However, I’m grateful for the partial relief I get there.
