Patient Reviews
Jan 27, 2017
While in ICU, Richard St. Charles was kind while being direct as he delivered very difficult news to my brother and our family. He kept us informed and was our liaison between the doctors, respiratory technicians, and therapist as he shared garnered information with our family. He was remarkably patient, listening to my brother and how frustrated by brother was at the doctors who would not share this difficult news with him. Richard was extremely kind to my whole family. THANK YOU!
