I went to Dr. Rich for years while living in the area and moved to SC just over 2 months ago. I went monthly to be proactive and never waited more than a few minutes. Always had visit reminders on my phone and now I see what a bargain he was! I appreciated the check in process where I could explain any issues, which he went above and beyond to help. Also loved the table with tens and ice! If ever needed to be squeezed in or arrive late-not a problem. Not the same here in my neck of the woods. Pricier and not as much offered! You're a gem and were always pleasant and didn't take short cuts.
