Patient Reviews

I went in with ankle pain and left feeling 100 percent better. Preston listened to me and gave me just the right exercises always tailoring the plan to fit me and my needs. His exercise prescription was absolutely incredible and he always had new ideas. As a personal trainer I went to him because other people said he was really good. I wanted his opinion because I had heard such great things about him and his exercise prescription. I was blown away with how creative and good the exercises were. I did what he told me and I got better. Go see Preston.
