How likely are you to recommend Dr. White-De Freitas?
I am a physician who is very active as I exercise 6 days a week. During exercise, I developed mild tendonitis. I had seen a physical therapist who made the correct diagnosis. However, there was no attention to detail in terms of how to go back to exercise by gradually by increasing the level of difficulty of my exercise. So I had a mild setback. Dr De Freitas took the time to explain the biomechanics of my problem and outlined a return to exercise program that allowed me to get back into my routine without getting a setback. She is very caring about her patients. I highly recommend her.
