One feels immediately comfortable and at ease with Paula as she greets you warmly & has friendly down to earth demeanor. One feels free to talk about why you are seeking help. She is very perceptive and able to point out what is going on in your situation. The natural rapport helped me see my situation more clearly and knowing one has support eases anxiety.
