Love Patti! To the extent that I am willing to pay out of pocket to see her once I change insurance. She listens and starts with the least aggressive route, if that doesn't work then she trys something else. She genuinely cares about her patients as individuals. The front office staff is usually pretty good. The MAs are nice. The other providers that I have seen are nice as well.
