How likely are you to recommend Pamela Puccinelli?
Dr. Puccinelli is a delight to visit. Not only does she talk to you more like a friend of the family than a patient, but she really knows her stuff and can explain it to you in a way you can actually understand. I had a lot of questions and she didn't make me feel rushed at all. The girl at the front desk that helped me with my glasses was also super sweet and funny! Major points for being upfront and telling me she needed to ask to be sure she was making the best suggestion for me, too! She could have sold me so many add-ons, but instead she was actually trying to get quality care for me and help with my tight budget. This is the kind of "casual but professional" approach I wish I could encounter more often.
