Patient Reviews

I went to Pablo a bit hesitant- since therapy has never really helped me before. I clench my teeth at night- and as a result have very bad tmj- which is linked to anxiety and stress. Pablo took the time to get to know me and understand my issue and sent me home with some relaxation techniques I could start with right away. We created a treatment plan to help me get better and manage my stress. He also helped me understand my behaviors. My tmj is much more manageable now. Thank you, Pablo!
