How likely are you to recommend Olesia Shalayska?
I’ve been seeing Dr. Shalayska for a number of years now after seeing many, many different therapists over the years. It’s always hard to find the right fit but this one is almost like a one size fits all in the best possible way. Finally a doctor who listens completely, gives feedback and helps guide to solutions by means of tangible worksheets and practices. I’ve never felt judged, rushed or doubted. In the midst of some isolated behaviors, this is one appointment I’ll never miss. If you value being heard, feeling like you’re making progress or just finding some peace; I couldn’t recommend Dr. Shalayska more.
