How likely are you to recommend Nicole Pivonka?
My very first call to receptionist AnnMarie at Virtua in Wash. Twp., NJ put me at ease. She helped me with EVERY ONE of my questions & concerns with my new insurance plan. I then visited Virtua's Urgent Care Facility in Sewell, NJ for the first time yesterday & had the wonderful pleasure of being greeted by Linda at the front desk. From there, everyone was so friendly. Jillian took my weight & blood pressure and APN Nicole Pivonka helped me with my diagnosis & follow up care to treat my sever lower back pain. APN Nicole was friendly, professional, caring & listened to ALL of my concerns. She even printed out a thorough care plan that included at-home stretches, a referral for a specialist (if needed), proper medication & a time frame for healing. 5 STARS to EVERYONE at Virtua! Thank you.
