How likely are you to recommend Dr. Bishop?
Dr. Bishop is an experienced professional who provides her expertise through encouragement and empathy. I had no prior experience with physical therapy. She explained the process, patiently answered my concerns and asked for my input. At each session, she checked in, cared about my feedback and revised as needed. I was treated as a person the whole time and not just tendonitis in left ankle (as my EOB states in my insurance claims).Dr. Bishop (as well as other PTs, PT tech and front desk staff and the PT exercise space) create an encouraging environment needed to support you throughout your treatment for healing. All are great helpers in the journey.
