How likely are you to recommend Dr. Smit?
Dr. Michael L. Smit of Eye Centers of Ohio is a gifted surgeon with a compassionate touch. He recently diagnosed me with cataracts that needed surgery. Dr Smit and his staff took their time to explain all my options but left the final choice to me. Basically I put myself in his hands with wanting the best results possible. In 2000 I had RK surgery on both eyes and 2018 two torn retinas in my left eye with astigmatism in my right eye, not an ideal candidate for great results. Dr Smit with his amazing talent left me with 20/20 vision. A month after the surgery I still go outside every night to look at the stars. We did have to go with the Turic lens for my astigmatism but it was well worth the price for 20/20 vision. The Turic lens was an option I agreed to after information given to me and follow up talks with Dr Smit. The entire staff at Frank Rd and Surgery Center on McKinley Ave went above and beyond in making me feel like like I was the only one they had to take care of each visit.
