How likely are you to recommend Michael Grover?
I brought my daughter to Mr Grover seeking immediate help. I am so happy to say he responded to our initial voicemail within two hours (unlike other counsellors in the area), he also was very friendly in screening my needs over the phone prior to seeing us. This tells me he is genuinely cares about our well being instead of only wanting to get us in the door to bill our insurance for sessions he may not be able to help us with! Such a relief to know there is kindness left in this world!!!
