How likely are you to recommend Dr. Grady?
When I started coming to Hands on Health I was having lower back and hip problems from being in a walking boot for 8 weeks. After a few weeks of adjustments my pain level was down and then Covid hit. After a couple of weeks of working from home my lower back and hip pain came back. It was effecting my SI Joint to the point it hurt to walk. Dr. Rachel suggested lower back traction along with my adjustments. After the first couple of sessions I noticed relief. I could walk without pain again. I had a lot more movement in my adjustments too. So when I started waking up with a migraine every morning Dr. Meredith discussed the cervical traction with me. I had such success with the lower back traction I couldn’t wait to get started. After the first session of cervical traction I had immediate relief. I have completed 5 of the 12 cervical traction sessions and haven’t had 1 migraine since the first session on Aug 6th. I’m so thankful and grateful for Dr. Meredith and her team!
