Patient Reviews
Dec 13, 2023
I saw Dr Silverstein for approx 8 months to help with a serious bout of depression. He provided a calm and steady forum for me to express my troubles, always listening with compassion and helping to guide me to discover my own insights over time. I always felt safe and cared for. I was new to therapy and didn't know what to expect, but over time I realized how helpful our sessions were. I needed a place to really be honest with myself, and I needed a place to really examine what was going on in my life. I believe I now how a much greater understanding of my own needs and mental health, and the tools to approach life's challenges in a healthier way. I've reached a really positive place and I'm so grateful for Dr Silverstein's help getting here.
