Patient Reviews
May 09, 2018
Mary Beth Mijares possesses an exceptionally positive demeanor and the ability to establish a remarkable bond of trust with her patients. She is able to utilize mindfulness and meditation techniques to bring patients to a state of calm... an excellent vehicle for self-reflection and stress reduction. Mijares gives her patients the knowledge to identify their triggers and the power to choose more positive views and outcomes. I couldn't have asked for a better counselor. A truly amazing person.
