Patient Reviews

Dr. Gillespie was very attentive and took notes as I explained my reasons for my first visit with her. Based on this information, she took a very iterative approach for prescribing medication for Bipolar disorder. She would start me at a low dosage to make dealing with initial side effects easier, and then we would have either biweekly or monthly appointments to discuss keeping the dosage as-is or moving to the next level. We are currently taking this approach with ADHD symptoms I've been exhibiting and things are promising so far.Even my pharmacist praised her for two reasons. One was the ramping approach to ease into the side effects, and the other was for prescribing non-addictive medications. They remarked that it was a nice change from what they're used to seeing with high dosages prescribed early of sometimes addictive medications.
