On June 22, 2023, I underwent a full knee replacement surgery and was discharged on the same day. The level of pain I experienced exceeded my expectations and left me feeling overwhelmed. However, my road to recovery took a positive turn when an exceptional physical therapist named Malou Hermoso arrived at my doorstep the very next day. Malou's extraordinary patience was truly remarkable, and her presence brought me immense comfort and encouragement during this challenging time. She not only guided me through the physical exercises but also provided me with invaluable emotional support. Her expertise helped me understand that the pain and difficulties I encountered were normal and necessary for the healing process. Even as I continue with my exercises, I can still hear Malou's words of motivation echoing in my mind.
