First, Dr. Perretto squeezed my appointment into her already busy schedule when she didn't have an opening (Thanks also goes to her Operations Manager, Patrice for that!). I was having extreme, acute hip and back pain, which was affecting my ability to move around. When I got to her office, Dr. Perretto (not some assistant) PATIENTLY listened and took notes while I provided to her all of my relevant history. After reviewing that history, along with performing her diagnosis analysis, she got right into addressing my problem areas. For me it was mainly my Quadratus Lumborum, where she addressed problematic deep tissue areas. Moreover, she also addressed some areas where I have chronic issues due to a decades-old injury. She was able to provide to me a huge relief of pain during this visit. She went over and above what was asked. Most importantly, she listened to me and didn't make me feel rushed (nor make me feel like I was a number). I will continue to use her PT services!
