Under Dr. Ela's care, I developed the skills I needed to manage a severe anxiety disorder and eventually transition off of medication. Dr. Ela and I partnered in the pursuit of alternative options to manage my condition including mindfulness and meditation. While my condition continues to profoundly impact my quality of life, my experience with Dr. Ela has transformed my relationship with anxiety and now I feel empowered proactively begin my journey of finding peace.
