How likely are you to recommend Dr. Flemke?
Simply put, my sessions with Dr. Flemke have been lifechanging. Prior to seeing Dr. Flemke I never heard of EMDR as a treatment option for mental health. I was always told about 'talk therapy' which unfortunately never seemed to work. After discussing my personal situation, immediately Dr. Flemke recommended EMDR. EMDR is a powerful treatment for traumatic events, but sometimes and in my case a collection of smaller life events that impacted how I reacted to current situations. Through EMDR treatments I was able to be in complete control of my emotions no matter the current situation and feel a new sense of calmness that I have never felt before. I feel empowered and completely in control. I highly recommend not only EMDR, but Dr. Flemke. I continue weekly sessions with Dr. Flemke and absolutely will continue to do so. I cannot stress enough the importance of mental health and well-being. I wish more people invested in their mental health.
