I have had a lot of experiences with therapists who are not that sharp or smart. Dr. Carden really knows her field. She is easy to work with, yet pushes and encourages. I am making progress. She is probably the best therapist I've ever had. I was hoping that she was closer to my age and it just doesn't matter. She is so well read (4.0) and wise that she has about 100 years of wisdom and smarts. I really benefit from it. I feel grateful to be working with her. I understand she even spent 3 years in post-grad becoming a master diagnostician. She changed my diagnosis. I was shocked, but I think this is a more accurate diagnosis. This is really helpful. I've had many years of therapists with minimal progress and zer0 hugs. Now, I sometimes get hugs and I regularly experience progress. I really appreciate that she is a real human being. Heart-humans and wise, make the best therapists. Dr. Carden is definitely the real thing. I'm grateful to be working with her. She helps!
