How likely are you to recommend Ilyana Romanovsky?
I've had the pleasure of working with Yana over the last several months to help me with my anxiety and stress related thoughts that's been hindering my life for last 20 years. I found Yana to be very caring and understanding which is extremely in finding a therapist that can relate to you. She uses Cognitive Based Therapy techniques that help you deal with your problems through mind and thought exercises. This was very important to me as others wanted to put me on medication. I like the natural and holistic approach which is healthier. I'm proud to say that after working with Yana, I am now better equipped to deal with the every day stresses of life and am forever grateful for that. I would highly recommend Yana if you are in need of some help. Thank you Yana.
