Intelligent. Really put his mind and training to good use. Had a finger break and 4 fingers with trigger fingers on one hand. No problem, unless your a musician. Was able to avoid surgery and get back to work. So many people hand you a gadget or turn on a machine and walk away. Frank is not like that. Very good insight to his patients needs.
