How likely are you to recommend Dr. Waxenghiser?
At Avantura center. They never ask the preauthorization to my insurance for the test of my son. My insurance called them to ask them to send the demand, they never did. I called their office 5 times, never ever someone did call me back. The service is a disaster, they will answer only to take an appointment and very far in time and they were not busy at this time. When I call I wall the 11 caller in line and I wait 25 minutes and when it was my turn I have been transferred to an answer machine to leave my information, it is funny they keep you on hold and even tell you are number 6 and so one. Sorry for the doctor that look a nice person and I’m sure competent but he works staffs that doesn’t deserve a job.
