How likely are you to recommend Dr. Shulkin?
I was referred to Dr. Shulkin by my general practitioner, my ophthalmologist, and the plastic surgeon that put me in the position of needing Dr. Shulkin's skills. I made the mistake of using a plastic surgeon that specializes in breast augmentation to do my upper and lower blepharoplasty surgery (eyelids).I developed a severe case of ectropion along with uncontrollable tearing in my lower eyelids after this initial surgery. Dr Shulkin agreed to take on the case of repairing my eyes and he was amazing in his approach and his patience in fixing my problem. This was not an easy fix and it involved a complicated surgical procedure on his part. My eyes look fantastic and and no more tearing. I can't say enough about how skilled and thoughtful he is as a surgeon, plus he is a good person with great patient communication skills.
