I absolutely love Dr. and would recommend her without reservation. She is personable, proficient, and up-to-date on clinicals. But, the practice was brought down by what appears to be a ransom attack and for six weeks I’ve been unable to get my diabetic and heart medication‘s refilled. I’ve been without heart medicines for three days. No one calls back. Emergency phone instructions are to go to the office, unfortunately I’m on an out-of-town work assignment for three months.I’ve got a small surgical procedure scheduled with my orthopedic specialist for an issue ongoing for seven weeks and no one can get in touch with with Dr. Mata, not the specialist nor pharmacist. Terrifying as she is my PCP.
