My new patient experience was very encouraging. Katie the PA was very friendly and helpful and the MA was very nice as well. The office is clean and the staff was very polite and professional. My mother is a patient too. Still haven't met Dr.Prabaker. This was my mother's third visit. Hopefully next time. I would recommend this friendly practice. I give the office Four stars. If I'd met Dr.Prabaker I would give five stars. My only problem was regarding prescriptions but that was Rite Aides fault.
