How likely are you to recommend Dr. Merle?
Dr. Merle used a plastic mock up of the human heart to explain exactly what had happened to me. In the nearly four months since my surgery (by a different doctor and facility that's out of network of my insurance), no one had done that, and I really appreciated it.
