Professional & knowledgeable describes Dr. Thomas Jasterzbski. From start to finish, it was a pleasant experience. The Medical Assistant was friendly & extremely helpful when checking me in. I am not computer savvy , regardless, Natalie made me feel at ease. Her willingness to help get me through the check in process was comforting. Dr. J gave me one-on-one attention & was thorough every step of the way. He answered my questions (which were many) & made sure I understood the risks of my procedure. I did not feel rushed at all (unusual in Health Field today). My out-of-pocket expenses were LESS than what my in network costs would have been with a participating provider. Also, I look at certifications. I was amazed that Dr. Jasterzbski is a Double Board Certified Dermatologist. What a Find!
