How likely are you to recommend Dr. Holda?
Switching pharmacy due to insurance change over was not a good experience. I gave my personal info to receptionist over the phone along with new pharmacy and she said she would forward this to nurse to take care of. I called a week later to check that it had been done and the receptionist then said she had no record of a change, and that I have to have the pharmacy make that change. Why was I not told this the first call when they took all my pertinent info and said they would handle it?
