ABSOLUTELY LOVE Dr. Francomano!!! No problems with him at all! It is the ladies at the front desk. Every time we visits they are selectively rude to people. I have entered, paid my co-pay with no hellos, welcomes, or how are you doing today. No smiles or thank yous. Being yelled at for not having my card. Then I would be sitting in the waiting room and they would do it to others but some got a , Hi, How are you today? We've missed you! How is so and so, how would you like to pay your co-pay pls
