Dr. Arai, has an EXCEPTIONAL bedside manner... The time He takes with explaining every step, is pretty much un heard of in today's medical world... Katrina and Angelina of his Office Staff were also very Patient friendly and accommodating; while I was there for an appointment. Dr. Arai deserves Two Thumbs Up!
