Patient Reviews
Aug 15, 2024
Dr Lepley has an unmatched “bedside manner”. DrL is truly concerned with my health at 73 yoa. The doctor has a very friendly & efficient staff; so often greeting me as if I was a family member. The doctor’s medical assistant, Caitlyn, must take time to review my more recent medical history. My previous healthcare “gate keeper” was too often confused with my health issues to the point that he was given the wrong patient record. He proceeded to give me a “tongue lashing” because I was not taking a medication he thought he had prescribed for me. We both became arguementive because he thought to be correct but would not acknowledge that a possible error had been made. When he finally decided that maybe he should investigate the matter, he blamed the error in his staff. The reality is, he should have taken the time neceessy to review my record. Had he done so, he would have known that I was not a female nor was my name Nancy. I decided then I no longer would be treated like cattle !
