How likely are you to recommend Dr. Abulfarag?
The doctor's service is simply outstanding. Not just kind during office visits, but the doctor does so much in the background that I have come to know and respect (being a professional myself, I immensely respect her quest to solve my problem and help, spending so much of time outside of her scheduled office hours). Extremely knowledgeable and so experienced that one feels you are in safe hands. Consults specialists in other specialties (multiple specialties for me, including specialists at hospitals) on her own; for me, the doctor even called a cardiologist and arranged for me to go get a test done immediately that she wanted to see and asked the cardiologist to call her back and let her know the result (which he did, in front of me); same thing with calling ER physicians and giving all information about me and that I would be going there soon and what needs to be done and other specialists. So many things to say - even an older physician friend of mine was very surprised to know that she goes out of the way to this extent to help. Thank you so much, Dr. Abulfarag, if you see ever this. I am so grateful for all you do, and of course a big thanks to Sheila, the office manager, who equally goes out of the way to get all the visits and lab tests possible and patiently responds to emails and questions and of course, accommodates last-minute appointments so kindly. Thank you both so much and God bless!
