The worst thing about leaving California is that Dr. Cademartori refused all requests to come along and set up a practice here in the sticks. Great guy, knows his stuff, and if he recommends something big it's because you need it, not just to do a bunch of big stuff. I was his client for over 20 years (although that's not possible because both of us are quite young still).
