How likely are you to recommend Dr. Migliori?
Let’s talk about medical service excellence! From the minute I contacted the office about my scans, to my scheduled appointment, to the first in-person visit with the surgeon, and to my surgery date, I have been blown away by the kindness, patience, and excellent service Dr. Migliori and his team has given me. Dr. Migliori allowed me to explain my ongoing symptoms, listened to my concerns, and with a sense of calmness in his voice he explained to me step by step on how the procedure would be like. He was even kind enough to demonstrate it on paper! Leading up to the appointment, I was a nervous wreck because I never had surgery in my life and this would be my first. He made me feel comfortable and safe! He addressed all my concerns from the first visit up until it was surgery time. The day of the surgery, I saw him again and his presence was angelic and kind once again. He has a way of comforting his patients, and that is a gift! I felt safe going into surgery with him there. Let’s also talk about his staff: his team is top tier! From scheduling to completing forms, I was left shocked at how well they communicated with me and I felt heard as a patient. The forms were completed in an incredible, timely manner and Melanie, his assistant, was god sent. This woman deserves a raise in my eyes! She was always kind, never rushed me, and I felt seen and heard. I have dealt with many staff before, but no one has left me blown away and eager to write a review. Dr. Migliori and his staff deserve to be seen, respected and acknowledged. Thank you all for making my first surgery such a success and providing me with a peace of mind during one of my darkest period. I eternally grateful for you all! I wish more physicians and staffed followed your path, and perhaps our healthcare system would be better for it!
