How likely are you to recommend Dr. Chalasani?
I feel terrible it has taken me so long to write a review. It is long overdue. I saw Dr. Chalasani after being diagnosed with Stage 4 colon cancer. I had a recurrence of colon cancer 18 months after my original diagnosis. Dr. Chalasani is everything you want in a doctor especially an oncologist. She is smart and professional. She explains her recommendations for care precisely. Most importantly, she is a wonderful human being who truly cares for her patients. It is so scary to have cancer, she was a calming force. After 4 rounds of brutal chemotherapy treatments, I had a CT scan. The hope was the chemo worked and I could have additional surgery. Honestly she was as happy as I was when we received a positive report , the tumor had shrunk in half. I received additional chemo and was in terrible shape but she was always ther for me. I was thrilled to be discharged cancer free after 5 years I recommend her enthusiastically. She is best doctor I ever had!
