Disclosure: Dr. Hamilton (Lucas) is a former colleague. I have worked with her for almost a decade, and can vouch for the consistent quality of her work. She is a thoughtful and meticulous anesthesiologist: very well-educated, scrupulous, reliable, up-to-date in her clinical knowledge and skills, and calm under pressure. She has wonderful bedside manner: pleasant and cheerful, but also firmly in control, and confident of her ability to shepherd you through any rough waters. My husband had two major surgeries, and was fortunate to have Dr. Hamilton for an attending anesthesiologist both times (we have requested her by name). Both times Dr. Hamilton gets perfect marks!

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams.
