How likely are you to recommend Dr. Grewal?
I'm about to have cataract surgery. I expressed my apprehension to Dr. Grewal who reassured me as many of my friends have. Still cannot wait until it is over. However, I trust Dr. Grewal. He took time with me reassuring me all will go well and it will be over before I know it. He saw my nervousness and took it seriously. I appreciated it.Aside from that, I would like to see improvement in Acuity's entrance signage directing those in need to the Handicap Entrance door. Currently, it is very confusing and I have to push the wheelchair around the corner to the main entrance. Can this be fixed?
