I saw Dr. Bashir in November he completed my procedure on December 6, 2022. He was excellent he explained everything if you're a visual individual he is definitely the interventional Radiologist to see, he answers any questions you may have as well as make sure you don't have any questions. On the day of my procedure was the same exact attention he focused on what he had to do for me and my procedure. This was my first time going to UF or receiving care from a UF physician and I do not regret Dr. Guha referring me to him at all. I told her how wonderful he was being that I had issues with consultations at Baptist and the Fleming Island Vein Center they were not as confident as Dr. Bashir and they provided excuses or didn't provide an appointment time for the procedure. Dr. Bashir is wonderful and I would recommend anyone to him who needs a Radiologist or an Interventional Radiologist.

Board Certifications
What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
